ABOUT THE PROJECT
We revolutionized the banner and social media ad mutation workflows of a market-leading, full-service creative agency with AI-powered automation.
The project aimed to radically increase digital ad production efficiency for a top-tier agency. The creative team generates a massive volume of banner and social media assets monthly, requiring extensive manual work to create mutations (different sizes and copy variations). We introduced an intelligent software solution that integrates directly into design workflows, enabling automated adaptation of master files. The system’s primary goal was to minimize repetitive graphic design tasks and unlock valuable creative resources.

THE PROBLEM
Photoshop-based mutation slowed down production, while cumbersome client communication and version tracking hindered collaborative teamwork.
For years, the agency relied on traditional Adobe Photoshop workflows for ad production. When a campaign required dozens of ads in various sizes, designers had to manually adjust each version. This slow process also hindered internal and external reviews: endless feedback loops, clunky client communication, and the lack of a shared collaborative platform meant processing feedback took days. Creative professionals spent a significant portion of their time on technical resizing and administration instead of actual design and strategic client support.

THE SOLUTION
In addition to batch mutations, the AI-driven platform accelerated client communication and supported seamless collaborative teamwork.
We replaced the previous manual approach with a modern, AI-driven platform. In the new system, creatives can apply content modifications across all variations simultaneously in batches and generate new size mutations with a single click. Furthermore, the software provides a shared collaborative workspace, which radically speeded up client communication. Clients can review designs directly on the platform, and modifications are instantly tracked. This transparent, shared workflow minimized turnaround times, eliminated pixel-by-pixel manual copying, and streamlined the partnership between the agency and its clients.
