Fighting turnover with data - How a custom performance evaluation system boosted loyalty

ABOUT THE PROJECT
We developed a custom performance evaluation system for the HR department, supporting organizational decisions with in-depth analytics.
The goal of the project was to create a flexible platform enabling HR and managers to accurately track employee performance. The system is built on highly customizable evaluation forms tailored to the organization's unique needs. Security and structure were heavily emphasized: both the form-filling processes and the viewing of detailed statistical reports are based on strict, role-based permission management. With this solution, the company gained an objective measurement tool providing a clear picture of actual performance within the organization and internal team dynamics.

THE PROBLEM
The lack of performance measurement caused high turnover and dropping motivation, as HR lacked visibility into specific areas for growth.
Prior to development, the company lacked a tool to deeply and objectively monitor the performance of employees and managers. Due to the absence of precise statistics and customizable evaluations, identifying individual strengths and weaknesses was difficult. This uncertainty directly impacted the workplace atmosphere: the lack of transparency led to increased employee turnover within teams, while loyalty and motivation dropped. It was unclear what position individuals truly held within their teams and who needed targeted development in which area, hindering effective talent management and organizational growth.

THE SOLUTION
The new, permission-driven system ensures transparent measurement, which has proven to reduce turnover and increase employee loyalty.
We developed custom software that sheds light on actual performance through detailed and customizable statistics. With the help of the system, individual strengths and weaknesses became clearly visible, allowing managers to instantly see where development is needed. Precise positioning and a transparent evaluation process radically reduced workplace attrition and turnover. Employees receive accurate feedback, which has increased motivation and company commitment. Custom permission management ensures that everyone only accesses data relevant to their position, guaranteeing data security and objectivity.
